Anna was my son’s OT about 16 years ago, when my son was about 2 years old. Anna was experienced as an OT therapist. She was skillful, energetic, caring, and easy to work with. My grandson is 2 (almost 3) years old and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. He has been working with Anna for almost 1 year and with Amy for around 6 months and I cannot say better things about our experience with them. They are both patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable in their field. My grandson has significantly strengthened his tongue muscles and improved his ability to chew and swallow solid foods. I have nothing but positive things to say about Laura! She is absolutely great! Our daughter worked with Laura for almost a year and a half after she was diagnosed with fine motor delays. We are thrilled with the progress that Laura made with my daughter. My daughter had a great fear of the new environment and she was reluctant at the beginning. But, Laura was patient and my daughter ended up loving her! We see our daughter's growth after each therapy session. As our daughter moved through various developmental stages, Laura continues to bring in new tools to help her master the next skill. Laura also showed us what we could do at home to support our daughter's progress.

Step by Step Pediatric Therapy has blessed our family a hundredfold. We have had the pleasure of working with Miladys, Holly, Geoff and Anna at our home and in the clinic for our special little man, Jude. Jude was born with a rare chromosome addition and deletion. These extraordinary Occupational Therapists not only helped Jude improve one inch stone at a time, but also gave his siblings and us parents guidance to reinforce his new lessons every week. They went beyond their job description in helping Jude and our family with their fun hands-on activities, truly taking the time to listen to our concerns/questions, and explaining thoroughly the techniques at hand. Our globally delayed baby was stiff as a board, fed through a g-tube, and cried incessantly when he was first evaluated. He is now eating/drinking on his own non-stop, climbing everything in sight, and seizing every opportunity to develop with sheer joy and laughter. We are so grateful to these wonderful OTs who not only bring equipment to your home, but also utilize what you already have at home so you as a family can continue practicing the various stretches, exercises and lessons by playing....
